Nigerian music icon Tuface Idibia and his fiancée, Edo lawmaker Natasha Osawaru, were recently spotted at a club in Benin City, sparking rumors that the couple was there to celebrate their engagement.

 

This sighting comes on the heels of Tuface's controversial announcement earlier this year that he was filing for divorce from his wife, actress Annie Idibia. The couple, who had been married since 2012, had been living separately for some time before making their separation official. The news has ignited widespread discussions on social media.

 

Natasha Osawaru, a 31-year-old politician and lawyer, is the granddaughter of the influential billionaire Gabriel Igbinedion. She currently serves as a representative for the Egor constituency in the Edo State House of Assembly, where she is a member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
