Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs accused of r@ping woman who compared his er3ct p3nis to a ‘Tootsie Roll’ in new lawsuit

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused in a new lawsuit of r@ping a woman in his Manhattan apartment over two decades ago, during what she described as a violent and terrifying encounter.

The woman, identified only as Jane Doe, alleged that the incident occurred in July 2001 following a night of partying. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Combs invited her to his bedroom, locked the door, pinned her by the neck, and allegedly told her, “I’m going to suck the life out of you.”

Doe claimed that despite her resistance and repeated pleas for him to stop, Combs proceeded with the assault, forcibly holding her down and ignoring her cries. She said he eventually ejaculated on her body, and then lay silently on the bed as she scrambled to clean herself and unlock the door. A bodyguard stationed outside allegedly pointed her to the exit.

The lawsuit paints a disturbing picture of the music mogul’s behavior, alleging that he wielded power and intimidation over the woman. She also said that after the incident, Combs continued to contact her, inviting her to his well-known white party — calls she never returned.

The plaintiff recounted feeling psychologically damaged by the assault and said she required therapy in the aftermath. While her statement included a crude comparison of Combs’ genitals to a “large Tootsie Roll,” she emphasized that the trauma was no less devastating despite this detail.

The woman also said she first met Combs in May 2001 and had interacted with him several times at recording studios, clubs, and restaurants in New York City before the alleged attack.

This lawsuit surfaces amid Combs’ ongoing federal sex-trafficking trial in Manhattan, where his former longtime partner, Cassie Ventura, has testified against him. Ventura detailed years of alleged abuse, including rape, beatings, and coerced sex acts known as “freak-offs.” She is expected to be cross-examined later this week.

Combs, 55, has pleaded not guilty to all charges and faces the possibility of life in prison if convicted. His legal team has not publicly commented on the new allegations
