Senator Francis Adenigba Fadahunsi a senator representing Osun East Senatorial District in the National Assembly has dump the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

The letter reach the table of his Ward Party Chairman, Ward 4, in Obokun local government area of Osun State.
According Senator Fadahunsi whom his letter stated his full resignation form the PDP due to irreparable, irreconcilable differences and protracted legal battles that had bedeviled the party at the National level after the 2023 general elections.
Senator Fadahunsi added that this decision came after consultation and engagement with his political associates, family and friends.
In the letter reads, “I wish to formally notify you that I am resigning my Membership of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) with immediate effect, due to the irreparable, irreconcilable differences and protracted legal battles that have bedeviled the party at the National level after the 2023 general elections.
“This was concluded after consultation and engagement with my political associates, family and friends.
“It is my wish that you accept my resignation in good faith.
“Thank you for your understanding.”
Meanwhile, a PDP stalwart in Ilesa, who craved anonymity during a chat with DAILY POST on Saturday, revealed that the plan has been long in the pipeline.
The stalwart added that Senator Fadahunsi had long lost interest in the PDP and was craving to leave the party despite pressures on him not to leave.
