In a post shared on his X handle today July 20. Oliseh stated that his brother, Uche Levi Oliseh, passed away last Thursday July 17 after a brief battle with Malaria.
Sunday Oliseh, the former super eagle captain have lost his brother to malaria, the former Nigeran international shared the post on his social media page. Stating that he has just lost his brother to brief illness,

‘’Sadly i lost my brother, Uche Levi Oliseh on Thursday after a brief illness with Malaria fever. It hurts so bad,like i have never felt before.I have over a million things that i would wanna talk,laugh and do with uche ,but sadly i cannot anymore. Damn, Death is a real bitc. .''
