Tension seems to be brewing between Megan Thee Stallion and GloRilla — two artists who once shared the stage during their hit Hot Girl Summer Tour — after a series of social media moves sparked rumors of a fallout.
The drama began when an X (Twitter) user, @gymratgyal, posted a shady comment: “We all know she started being bitter after she was outsold by GloRilla lmfaoooo.” What stirred up speculation was that GloRilla liked the post — a move many fans interpreted as shade directed at Megan.
The interaction quickly went viral, with social media users accusing Glo of reigniting beef rumors and confirming alleged tension between the two rappers.
Adding more fuel to the fire, the dispute appears to have extended into their fashion circles. Celebrity stylist EJ King, who previously worked with Megan but now styles GloRilla, was recently seen publicly supporting her — including attending an NBA game with Glo and her boyfriend, Brandon Ingram.
EJ’s reunion with Glo comes years after his public fallout with Megan following the 2020 Tory Lanez shooting incident. Meanwhile, Megan’s current stylist, Kellon Deryck, seemed to respond indirectly by quoting Cardi B’s viral line, “You ain’t no Kellon,” a remark fans viewed as a subtle jab at EJ.
The stylist rivalry has reignited speculation that the once-close friendship between Megan and GloRilla may have soured — a far cry from earlier this year when the two rappers were celebrating their $40.2 million earnings from 30 sold-out Hot Girl Summer Tour shows.
