Ex - Vice President Kamala Harris is set to release a new book this September, offering a behind-the-scenes look at her brief but historic 2024 presidential campaign.
Titled 107 Days, the memoir will detail the inner workings and untold moments of what became the shortest presidential campaign in modern U.S. history.
“What the world saw on the campaign trail was only a part of the story,” Harris said in a social media post announcing the book.
In an accompanying video, Harris reflected on the significance of documenting the experience:
“I believe there is value in sharing what I saw, what I learned, and what I know it will take to move forward. One truth kept coming back to me as I wrote: sometimes the fight takes a while.”
Since her defeat to President Donald Trump, Harris has kept a low public profile, maintaining close ties with key advisors as she considers her future in politics.
The book announcement comes just a day after Harris confirmed she will not run for California governor in 2026—a move that many see as keeping the door open for a potential 2028 presidential bid.
