Male Escort Clayton Howard Alleges Cassie Gave Him an STD and Had an Abortion for Him

Clayton Howard, a male escort linked to Sean “Diddy” Combs in the ongoing federal investigation, has filed a civil lawsuit against both Diddy and singer Cassie Ventura, alleging years of sexual exploitation, abuse, and psychological trauma.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Howard — who says he used the alias “Dave” while working for Diddy — claims he was trafficked across state lines from 2009 for more than five years. He alleges he was forced to participate in “freak-offs,” a term prosecutors say referred to sexually exploitative parties arranged by Diddy and Cassie.

Howard accuses the two celebrities of drugging and coercing him into sexually degrading acts. He describes the relationship between Diddy and Cassie as “toxic and domestically abusive,” and alleges that he was manipulated and repeatedly subjected to physical and emotional harm.

Among his claims, Howard alleges that Cassie gave him a sexually transmitted disease and later terminated a pregnancy without informing him, all while continuing to engage in unprotected sex with him. He further alleges that Cassie pressured him to take ecstasy and engage in prolonged acts of masturbation, which he says caused physical injuries including skin tears, peeling, and scabbing.

Howard is one of seven male escorts cited in the federal case against Diddy. While he did not testify in court, a federal agent previously outlined his involvement — including being housed at a Four Seasons hotel and traveling on flights paid for by Diddy. This testimony contributed to Diddy’s conviction for transporting escorts across state lines for the purpose of prostitution.

Although Diddy was acquitted of broader racketeering and sex trafficking charges, he remains in federal custody after being denied bail and faces up to 20 years in prison at sentencing.

Howard is seeking damages for emotional distress, medical costs, lost wages, and other impacts he says resulted from his alleged exploitation by Diddy and Cassie.
