Arkansas Doctor Loses License After CCTV Captures Sexual Misconduct

An Arkansas physician has been stripped of his medical license for five years after security footage showed him walking naked through his office and engaging in sexual acts in front of employees during work hours.

The Arkansas State Medical Board voted to revoke Dr. David Diffine’s license following interviews with staff and colleagues, which confirmed multiple instances of sexual misconduct at his practice.

Diffine’s license was first suspended in 2024 after reports emerged that he had roamed patient areas wearing nothing but a baseball cap, exposing himself to three female receptionists.

According to KAIT, the doctor allegedly entered patient rooms, stretched in the reception area, and performed a sexual act—at one point reportedly ejaculating on an employee who was also a patient.

An anonymous tipster accused the self-described naturist of exploiting his position through “sexual grooming, salary incentives, and manipulative behavior” to coerce employees and patients into degrading acts.

In its decision, the board referenced expert testimony from Dr. Bradley Diner of the Arkansas Medical Foundation, who warned that Diffine might suffer from “sexual compulsive disorder or paraphilia,” posing a risk to patient safety.

Despite the footage, Diffine denied any knowledge of the incidents, telling investigators, “I don’t know anything about that at all. I would have to see those things to have any idea what you’re talking about.”

The board ultimately ruled that his conduct breached the Medical Practices Act and represented a severe violation of professional boundaries.
