“Lagos has changed — no more dirty roads, now I see paved streets,” says US singer Ciara

American singer Ciara, who is currently in Lagos for the Lagos Fashion Week, has praised the remarkable transformation of the city.

Speaking about her experience, Ciara noted that during her previous visit, Lagos appeared dirty, but she is now impressed by the clean, paved roads and the city’s visible development.

“I’m so happy to be here, and I’m really glad. No, this isn’t my first time — I know Lagos. When I used to land, I’d see dirty roads, but now it’s all clean and transformed,” she said.
