Nurse Missing After Traveling from Lagos to Ogun State for Private Patient

 

A Nigerian nurse, Ovansa Khadijat, has been reported missing after traveling to the Aiyetoro area of Ogun State to attend to a private patient.

Her sister, Joy, confirmed the situation to LIB, explaining that Khadijat had moved from their home in Kogi State to Lagos about two months ago in search of better employment. Joy said Khadijat left her previous job because her employer required her to work many consecutive days without a break.

Recently, Khadijat received an assignment to travel to Aiyetoro to care for a cancer patient. She reportedly boarded a cab from the Mile 2 area of Lagos to Ogun State but has not been heard from or seen since.

The family has reported the matter to the police, and authorities are seeking any information from the public.
