Kanye West's former personal assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, has leveled more serious accusations against the rapper. In newly filed legal documents, she claims that Kanye sexually assaulted her, along with a range of other disturbing allegations.

Originally suing Kanye in 2024 for allegedly sending her inappropriate texts and videos before terminating her employment, Lauren has now submitted a second amended complaint detailing numerous accusations against him. These include:

Pisciotta recounts an incident during a business trip in San Francisco, where they were working on Kanye's new Donda school. She alleges that Kanye made unwanted advances towards her, including kissing her and asking inappropriate questions about her body. Despite her attempts to reject his advances, she claims the situation escalated during a writing session in his hotel suite.

According to Pisciotta, Kanye engaged in inappropriate behavior, including masturbating and touching her before falling asleep mid-conversation. She further alleges that he later appeared at her hotel room, demanding to use her shower and forcibly entering her space. Pisciotta describes a harrowing encounter where Kanye allegedly pinned her down and forced her into a non-consensual act, leaving her in shock and fear. Afterward, she claims he apologized and left the room.

Additionally, Pisciotta alleges that Kanye offered her as a sexual gift to another individual in exchange for sexual favors. She states that he has a history of making such offers to women.

In her first amended complaint filed in May, Pisciotta also accused Kanye of drugging her during a studio session co-hosted by Diddy, among other serious claims. Previously, Kanye had made damaging and inappropriate statements about Pisciotta on social media.
