Sky Daily, the wife of wrestling legend Hulk Hogan, has shared a deeply emotional tribute following the sudden death of her husband, who passed away on Thursday, July 24, after suffering cardiac arrest at their home in Clearwater, Florida. He was 71.
In a heartfelt Instagram post shared the following morning, Sky expressed her overwhelming grief:
"I wasn’t prepared for this… my heart is shattered. He had been facing some health challenges, but I genuinely believed we would get through them. I had faith in his strength. I truly thought we had more time."
Alongside the message, she posted a touching photo of herself gently kissing Hogan on the cheek.
Reflecting on the profound loss, she wrote:
"This feels unreal and too painful to accept. To the world, he was Hulk Hogan — a legend. But to me, he was Terry. My husband. My love. My entire heart."
Sky also spoke about Hogan’s enduring connection with his fans:
"Despite his health struggles, he gave his all to meet his fans — signing autographs, taking photos, and showing up whenever he could. You all meant so much to him."
She concluded with a message of faith and a request for prayers:
"He was a man of faith, and I find peace knowing his soul is at rest and he’s been welcomed into eternity. Please keep our family and everyone who loved him in your thoughts as we begin to face this new chapter without him."
Sky was Hogan's third wife, marrying the former wrestler in 2023 following his divorces from ex-wives Linda Hogan and Jennifer McDaniel in 2009 and 2021 respectively.
Hogan is also survived by his two children, Brooke, 36, and Nick, 34, whom he shared with his first wife Linda, as well as two grandchildren.
The wrestling icon's shock death comes just weeks after Sky denied rumors he was on his de@thbed in a coma and claimed his heart was "strong" after he underwent a routine neck surgery.
