Popular Nigerian disc jockey, Sarah Oboh, widely known as Dope Caesar, has dismissed rumours of her death.
Speaking during a live session on her official Instagram page on Monday, the entertainer addressed reports (not by PUNCH Online) claiming she had passed away. She expressed shock over the misinformation, clarifying that she had neither been in an accident nor experienced any life-threatening incident or illness.
The false claims had sparked concern among fans and colleagues, prompting an outpouring of messages on social media.
“Please guys, nothing happened to me. I’m not dead,” she said. “I don’t know where this rumour is coming from or who started it. Thank you for checking up on me, but I’m perfectly fine. You can see me — I wasn’t in an accident and I’m very okay.”
She urged the public to disregard the false reports and assured her followers there was no cause for alarm.
