Nigerian rapper Temidayo Omoniyi, popularly known as Zlatan Ibile, has announced that he no longer smokes.
The Zanku hitmaker disclosed this during a recent interactive session with fans on Snapchat.
When a fan asked if he still smokes, Zlatan replied that he quit the habit four years ago.
He wrote, “A day can’t pass without someone asking me this question. Yes, I quit smoking four years ago, and I have no problem with those who still do.”
In recent years, several Nigerian artists have also revealed that they have either quit or are working to quit smoking — including Don Jazzy, Peruzzi, Tekno, and Kizz Daniel.
Similarly, in 2018, Davido shared that he planned to “quit soon,” inspired by Don Jazzy’s decision to give up smoking.
