Manchester United have initiated discussions with RB Leipzig regarding a potential transfer for striker Benjamin Sesko, according to ESPN.
The German club is said to have valued the 22-year-old at between €80 million and €90 million — a fee that could prove steep for United, though player exchange options may be explored.
Sesko has also drawn interest from Premier League rivals Newcastle United.
While United are also eyeing Aston Villa forward Ollie Watkins, who at 29 presents a more affordable and Premier League-proven alternative, Villa have reportedly ruled out selling the England international this summer.
Sesko has netted 39 goals in 87 appearances for Leipzig since his move from Red Bull Salzburg in 2023.
