Tennis Star Sachia Vickery Turns to OnlyFans Amid Financial Struggles in the Sport

American tennis player Sachia Vickery has revealed that she joined OnlyFans as a way to secure financial stability after years of struggling to cover the costs of competing professionally.

In an interview with TMZ Live, the 29-year-old admitted that her income from the subscription-based platform has already exceeded what she earned on court, shedding light on the financial difficulties many players outside the sport’s elite face.

Currently ranked 559 in the world, Vickery has earned $2.1 million over her 14-year career—an amount that was largely consumed by expenses such as coaching, physiotherapy, and travel. “Life outside the Top 100 is bleak,” she said, noting that OnlyFans has finally provided her with financial security.

She launched her account after a shoulder injury forced her out of competition, but emphasized that her content remains non-explicit. “It’s clean—just lingerie, nothing that breaks the rulebook,” Vickery clarified.

Her decision has stirred debate within tennis circles, but Vickery insists it was a necessary step, pointing to what she sees as the sport’s failure to adequately support players beyond the highest rankings.
