Rapper DDG and actress Halle Bailey reach temporary custody agreement, drop restraining orders

Rapper DDG and actress Halle Bailey have reportedly reached a temporary settlement in their ongoing custody dispute over their one-year-old son, Halo, following months of legal conflict.

According to TMZ, both parties have withdrawn their domestic violence restraining orders (DVROs) against each other. The court approved the filings on Monday, October 27, marking a significant step toward resolving their contentious legal battle, in which each accused the other of emotional and physical abuse. While the restraining orders have been dropped, either party retains the right to reinstate them in the future.

Under the temporary custody arrangement, DDG will have custody of Halo on Wednesdays and select weekends, while Bailey will have him for the remaining days. The pair also agreed to review and adjust the schedule in two months.

As part of the agreement, both are prohibited from publicly disparaging one another or posting images of their child on social media.

This development follows a previous restraining order that had been extended from October 15 to November 5, signaling that the two stars may now be moving toward a more peaceful co-parenting arrangement.
