Nigerian singer and Senior Special Assistant to the Abia State Governor on Tourism and Entertainment, Martins Okechukwu Justice, popularly known as J. Martins, narrowly escaped death after his car veered off the road and plunged into a bush along the Enugu–Aba–Port Harcourt Expressway.
The accident occurred on Monday when the artist’s vehicle reportedly suffered a brake failure while in motion.
According to reports, the sudden mechanical fault caused the car to swerve uncontrollably off the highway and crash into a thick bush at high speed.
Speaking about the incident, J. Martins described the experience as terrifying, expressing gratitude to God for sparing his life.
“It was a terrible experience, but I thank God for saving me from death,” he said.
The singer confirmed that he emerged unhurt from the crash, escaping without any injuries.
